Founder of Priority Performance Group, Bob DiAntonio is a performance improvement consultant and trainer with over 35 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, engineering and manufacturing management, organizational development, and human resource development.
Bob works with leadership to improve organizational effectiveness through the development or clarification of the organization's vision, values and strategies. This includes performance management systems, career ladders for technical professionals, training and pay systems, redesigning work processes and organizational structures and effective change management.
Bob has trained and consulted with a broad spectrum of organizations from large manufacturing facilities to Water and Wastewater utilities. Clients include BASF Corporation, Spartanburg Water, the SJWD Water District, Central Arkansas Water, Inman-Campobello Water District, Powdersville Water, Associated Fuel Pump Systems Co., Jostens, Inc. and Dräxlmaier Automotive of America, LLC.
Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and a Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University
